Shorting opportunity?

I'm a total newbie to trading, but wonder if this news could present a shorting opportunity for oil producers? If so, which would be the best companies/ETFs to short?

Be careful of trying to trade on news. When news comes out many times the news is already priced in before it goes public. However given the overall environment for crude oil, commodities and also stocks that news could certainly make a short position in oil companies a part of an overall short position on crude oil. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
