Thanks John for your insight. I am not set up for puts and calls and have never done that kind of trading. I do understand about the RSI and I can trade ETF's like SDS. So let's take that trade -the SPX as an example. The RSI is at 67(daily chart) now how do you know or what other indicator do you use to tell you that it won't go to 70 and above and stay there for a month or so? I am willing to learn .
Questions-Were you short when Steven advised and have you been long this run up? What other indicators do you use? I know of RSI. At what point do you go in and out. Also if you shorted yesterday and today and than again tomorrow if you are right and the markets go down when do you know when to close your shorts?
